Karen Jarrett

Brazos Animal Hospital business manager Karen Jarrett co-owns the hospital with her husband, Dr. Tad Jarrett. A native of Mineral Wells, Karen is proud of the professional, excellent care provided by the staff.

Karen's hobbies include reading, swimming, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. At home, she cares for a number of pets, among them Bart, a donkey, Molly, a pony, and many dogs and cats.

Angela Barham

A native of Mineral Wells, Texas, practice manager Angela Barham joined the Brazos Animal Hospital staff in June 2001. A graduate of Mineral Wells High School, Angela attended Tarleton State University and McLennan Community College, where she received an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Angela thrives on the family-like atmosphere in the hospital and the high quality care provided by the staff.

Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, having cookouts with family and friends, swimming, movies and music. At home, she cares for two dogs, Karo and Buster, and two cats, Dozer and JD.

Andrea Ringnald is the Lead Veterinary Technician for Brazos Animal Hospital. She joined our staff in January of 2011, but began her career in companion animal care in 1989. In addition to her years of experience, Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Marketing and Economics from New Mexico State University.

“The people at Brazos Animal Hospital are warm and welcoming and truly care about each other as well as our clients and their pets,” she says. “Everyone enjoys what they’re doing and that makes every day excellent. Dr. Jarrett is by far the most patient doctor I have worked with.”

Andrea’s pets include a German shepherd named Jack, a cat named Phyllis, and a Beta fish named Bob. She enjoys biking, playing Frisbee with and without her dog, tennis, estate sales, home renovation, cooking, reading, music, yoga, and volunteering at her daughter’s school.

Diana Mills is one of our receptionists and has been with Brazos Animal Hospital since December of 2010, but began her career in the animal care field in 1992. She grew up just down the road from Mineral Wells in Weatherford, Texas, and attended Weatherford High School.

“I enjoy working at Brazos Animal Hospital because the people here are very professional and care deeply for the animals that come into the clinic,” she says. “The staff is very friendly and family based and it simply is a great place to work.”

At home, Diana has a Chihuahua named Tater. Her interests include collecting books and miniature tea sets, reading, baking, making scented candles, crafts and spending time with her family. She also is the assistant children’s church minister at Mineral Wells Church of God, prepares wedding flowers and decorates for weddings, and is a Mary Kay Beauty consultant.
